LUI first made tangerine peel from Hong Kong tangerine by sun-drying method in Hong Kong, and then made tangerine peel from Fukuoka tangerine in Fukuoka to test the ageing reactions of different tangerine peels under different geographical, climatic, and cultural conditions. It also shows the unknowability, restlessness and variability contained in the two ageing effects and processes.
